Our Founder

Hassan “Babluck” Msengi is the driving force behind Tururamba Company Limited. As an OCR Multisport Officiate for Tanzania and a judge at the OCR World Championship in Sweden 2025, he brings international standards, safety, and professionalism into every Tururamba project.

His personal missions – including Laylatul Qadir on the Rooftop of Africa and the Babluck 7 Summits expedition – embody the spirit of Tururamba: Purposeful movement that inspires, unites, and elevates Africa.
